AGREEMENT:
THIS MATCHFORMARRIAGE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made between Natalia Consulting Services Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (hereinafter called as Part A) and a registered member (hereinafter called as Part B).
WHEREAS
Part A is a company working in facilitate contacts between men and women in the world taking in consideration a lot of factors of each person. It is a consulting process and service provided to customers by analyzing their profile in order to meet their needs and wishes and to provide them with the best possible match of their life for marriage.
Part B is a person who requests from Part A match for marriage consulting services in order to meet a person with common ideas, aspirations and interests for a serious relationships and ultimately for a happy marriage.
THE PARTIES ARE AGREE AS FOLLOWS

We will do all the efforts to present to the registered member the person with the specification requested from him. |
| 2. |
We will submit the person or persons to the registered member. |
| 3. |
The registered member has the right to precise if he accepts to meet with this person. |
| 4. |
The registered member has a period of 45 days to decide if the person fulfills his needs and requirements. This period can be extended to three months maximum by mutual agreement between you and us. If you have found your match then you must proceed with the payment of the “successful fees”. In case if your relations with chosen candidate will stop for some reasons, then we will welcome you back still as a registered member and will continue to propose potential candidates. |

It is understood and accepted by the Parties that MacthForMarriage Consulting Services has no any responsibility regarding of the success of the present agreement as well as of the person chosen by the registered member. |
| 6. |
The Parties undertake to maintain absolute and total confidentiality concerning any and all information disclosed by MatchForMarriage Consulting Services relating to the terms and conditions of this agreement. |
| 7. |
PAYMENT FEES: The registered member has the obligation for the services provided by the company to pay the following. |

a. |
An amount of €241,00 will be paid as the registration fee of the date of the registration of the person for unlimited period of time. |
| |
b. |
Together with the registration fee the company will propose two matching candidates to the registered member. |
| |
c. |
In case that the registered member, after having met those two candidates, considers that they are not fulfilling his requirements then the registered member has the right to request for other suggestions. For each new suggestion the registered member has to pay an extra €72,00. |

d. |
A final fee of €502,00 have to be paid by the registered member when he found his match with a proposed candidate. |

e. |
If for any reasons the agreement is terminated (by Us or by You), no refunds of the registration fees are returned to the former members. |
| 8. |
ELIGIBILITY: MINORS MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS. By becoming a Member, You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years old. By using MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website, You represent and warrant that You have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your membership is for Your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use Your membership and You may not assign or otherwise transfer Your account to any other person or entity. |

REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTION: To become a Member, You must register. When and if You register to become a Member, You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about Yourself as prompted by our registration form (registration Data), and to maintain and update Your information to keep it accurate, current and complete. You agree that we may rely on Your Registration Data as accurate, current and complete. You acknowledge that if Your Registration Data is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and our cooperation and in such event, You shall not be entitled to a refund of any paid fees that we have received from you. |

TERM AND TERMINATION: This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while You are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason upon receipt by Us of Your written or email notice of termination. Either You or We may terminate your membership by removing
your profile, at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation, effective upon sending written or email notice to the other party. In the event that
(a) You terminate your membership or (b) We determine, in our sole discretion, that You have violated this Agreement. You shall not be entitled to nor shall We be liable to You for any refund of any subscription payments that We have received from You. |

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS: You represent and warrant to Us that the information posted in Your profile including Your photograph are posted by You and that You are the exclusive author of Your profile and the exclusive owner of Your photographs. You assign to Us, with full title guarantee, all copyright in Your profile and your photographs posted, at any time, during our cooperation. You waive absolutely any and all moral rights to be identified as author of Your profile and owner of Your photograph and any similar rights in any jurisdiction in the world. In addition, other Members may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection, whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which You have been given express written permission, You will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
Email communication: by becoming a member, You specifically agree to accept and consent to receiving email communications initiated from Us or through Us including, without limitation: message notification emails, emails informing you about events and parties We organize, emails informing You of promotions We run. If you should not wish to receive any of Our email communications, please do not register.
Our consultants are here to provide You assistance and guidance. When speaking to our consultants on the phone or communicating with them by any other means, You undertake not to be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing or racially offensive. Should any of Our consultants feel, at any given point, threatened or offended by Your conduct, We reserve the right to immediately terminate Your membership and You shall not be entitled to the refund of any paid fees that We have received from You.
We are entitled to investigate and terminate Your membership if You have misused Us, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate, unlawful or illegal. The following is a partial, but not exhaustive, list of the types of actions that are illegal or prohibited under this Agreement: |

You will not impersonate any person or entity |

b. |
You will not "stalk" or otherwise harass any person. |
| |
c. |
You will not express or imply that any statements You make are endorsed by Us, without Our specific prior written consent. |
| |
d. |
You will not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine," or, in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website or its contents. |

e. |
You will not post, distribute or reproduce, in any way, any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. |

f. |
You will not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website. |
| |
g. |
You will not interfere with or disrupt any Service or any site, servers or networks connected to any Service or site. |

h. |
You will not post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. |

You will not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website. |

j. |
You will not "frame" or "mirror" any part of MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website, without Our specific prior written consent. |

You will not use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website in order to direct any person to any other website for any purpose. |

You will not modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website or any software used on or for the site or cause or enable others to do so. |

ONLINE CONTENT: Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website, but not directly by Us, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. We don’t accept any responsibility for any use or misuse of any information or material which you submit to the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the data of other registered members of MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website.
We neither adopt nor endorse nor are we responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by parties other than us. Under no circumstances are be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s reliance on information or other content posted on the
MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website, or transmitted to registered members.
We reserve the right and we have no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website. We shall have the right to remove any such material that, in our sole discretion, violates, or is alleged to violate, the law or this agreement notwithstanding this right. |

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property rights in and to the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website are and shall be owned by Us, absolutely. Those rights include, but are not limited to, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, wherever existing in the world, together with the right to apply for protection of the same. All other trademarks, logos, service marks, company or product names set forth in MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website are the property of their respective owners. |

PRIVACY: The personal information (including sensitive personal information) You provide to Us is confidential and will be stored securely. You also agree to read, review, comply with, uphold and maintain Our terms and conditions thereof. If you are located outside of Cyprus, please note that the information that you provide is being sent to Cyprus. By becoming a member of the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services, you consent to your data being sent to Cyprus and to such other third parties and jurisdictions as may be involved in the provision and operation of the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services. |

DISCLAIMERS: We provide the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services on an “as is” basis and grant no warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, statutory, in any communication with our representatives, or us or otherwise with respect to the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Further, we don not warrant that your use of the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website will be secure, uninterrupted, always available or error-free or that the service will meet your requirements or that any defects in the service will be corrected we disclaim liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, connectivity and availability.
Although each member must agree to Our terms and conditions. We cannot guarantee that each registered member is at least the required minimum age, nor do we accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication or
other use or access of the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website by persons under the age of 18 in violation of this Agreement. Also, it is possible that other members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website and that You may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is remotely possible for some registered members after the several meetings with you to obtain personal information about You and to use such information to harass or injure You. We are not responsible for the use of any personal information that You disclose to them. Please carefully select the type of information that you release to others.
We disclaim all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other registered members or users (including unauthorized users), whether such acts or omissions occur during the use of the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website or otherwise. |

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event will we be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website, even if we or our agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or to any person other than you.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services during the term of your membership.
As a result, we will not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of the use of this MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website, including, without limitation, damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other registered members of the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort. |

ADVERTISEMENTS: Responsibility for the content of advertisements (if any) appearing on the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services website (including hyperlinks to the advertisers own websites) rests solely with the advertisers. The placement of such advertisements does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the advertiser's product or service by the Company. Each advertiser is solely responsible for any representation made in connection with its advertisement. |

This legal agreement is made between You and Us. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering. By registering you become a registered member and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement for as long as You continue to be a Member.
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not register for the MatchForMarriage Consulting Services. The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to changes made by us, at any time, effective upon notice to you, which notice shall be deemed to have been provided upon our posting of the current version of this agreement of our website |

DEFINITIONS: In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions have the corresponding meanings:
"Claim" means, in relation to a person, a claim, demand, remedy, suit, injury, damage, loss, cost, liability, action, proceeding, right of action, claim for compensation or reimbursement or liability incurred by or to be made or recovered by or against the person, however arising and whether ascertained or unascertained, or immediate, future or contingent;
"Privacy Policy" means the Company's privacy policy which is available on the Website;
"Service" means the facilities made available for members via the Website;
"Website" means this website which is owned and operated by the Company;
"Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions as amended by the Company from time to time, which form the agreement between you and the Company;
"we", "us" and "our" all refer to Natalia Consulting Services Ltd.
"Information" means Personal Information collected about an individual and includes Sensitive Information;
"Security" means the security used to protect the Information from unauthorised access and disclosure and shall include the security measures. Personal Information is stored securely in a database server residing in an enterprise level data centre. Standard data centre security measures are in place to prevent unauthorised access to Personal Information
"Sensitive Information" means Information or opinion about any individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious beliefs or affiliations, philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, sexual preferences or practices, criminal record or Health Information about an individual;
"you" means the individual about whom we are collecting Information. |
